Pepper Homeloans is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Oakwood Global Finance SCA
(“Oakwood”), a financial services holding company domiciled in Luxembourg.
The Oakwood Group is managed by Oakwood Global Finance LLP, headquartered in
London. Oakwood owns and operates a range of specialty consumer finance and
asset servicing businesses across Europe and Australasia. Oakwood’s major
shareholders are Merrill Lynch Group, Inc (the US investment banking and
funds management group) (“Merrill Lynch”) and CIR SpA (Compagnie Industriali
Riunite) (“CIR”), a substantial and diversified conglomerate listed on the
Italian Stock Exchange (Borsa Italiana).
Pepper has warehouse funding provided by Commonwealth Bank of Australia,
Barclays Capital and National Australia Bank.
Pepper has completed seven (7) residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS)
issues in the Australian market totaling A$2.2 billion, two (2) via the
white-label Mobius NCM platform and five (5) via its proprietary Pepper
Residential Securities (“PRS”) programme.
